Can you let me know if this still does this after today's patch and after power cycling your console?

How to power cycle your PS4 console

Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).

Yes it is still present after patch 7.0

  @JEREmaiasOWL Thanks for confirming. Curious though, have you tried reinstalling the game to see if that helps avoid this? What you're experiencing is a rare bug that I haven't seen many reports on so I'm hoping it's performance related.
