Second ea access account won’t load trial
My main account on my Xbox will kid and play trial of ufc 4. I created a second account and subscribed to ea access through that account (4.99 per month X2) and when i go to play the ufc 4 trial, it says please use the profile that bought the game or downloaded the app. I have ea access through both accounts so i should be able to play both accounts for a total of 20 hours correct? Just not share progress which is not what I’m trying to do. Please, any help would be great!

This is the step that worked for FIFA and should work for UFC 4 AFAIK. Can you let me know if these steps fix it for you?- Uninstall the game from your console
- Log out of your main account
- Log into your secondary account that you want to play the EA Access Play First Trial on
- Go to the Xbox store and search for UFC 4. Change the 3 dots from the game/buy to trial and try to download it from there
