Server Login Error code 0x10004

Since I downloaded UFC over a month ago, I have only been able to login once. It keeps giving me the following errors:

"There was an error connecting to the EA Servers. Please try again. (0x10004)

😕mileyvery-happy: SOLUTION FAST FIX !!
Just Go to Settings > Downloaded Apps > EA UFC > Clear BOTH Cache and Data !
Just Start the Game as per Normal, Start from a Scratch 1st. Only after following all Newb Instructions :
(Here is the tricky part), Either Facebook Log In Straight OR EXIT Game, clear Ram, and Play Game with FB Login.

Is your device and OS combination in the following supported device list?

I also have the same problem when I finished download the file then it goes to login screen and I got this error code 0*10004 massage.My device is IPad air 64gb with IOS 8.1.

Hello EA, please help me with this, was able to conect with fb acount so i cannot re install the app please, ive been playing the game for months and i love it and i dont want to lose any of my data so please help,mim using
iphone latest version.

I already play this game for a month, but when i do my daily habit of playing this it just start to cant connect to ea server.

i already reinstall the game, but i cant still "connect to ea server".

i cant play the game for a week because of that error.

my device is ipad air 2 and updated to ios 9.1

please help me

I am getting similar problem. My error says the following:
There was an error connecting to the EA servers. Please try again. (0x1)
Persona ID ....
User Name:....
Version:....
I have an I-Phone 6 with latest update. Paid money for gold and starter pack and I don't want to delete & re-download as I am afraid I will loose my data
What to do?
