I don't think stance switching needs to take too much stamina, but bouncing around all crazy should definitely take a toll on the gas tank. In general, I think there is too much stamina in a lot of cases.
I also don't think stance switch should use too much stamina. I just think it should use at least some stamina. Right now it uses literally no stamina at all, and compared to the drain when you're just idle with your head leaned forward, it's super unrealistic.
