Hey, all.

An update went out today and it's possible you may have been attempting to play game modes while you were on an older build. Can you try power cycling your consoles to ensure you load up the game with the latest update next go around? Let me know if you still experience the screen issue.

How to power cycle your PS4 console

Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).

Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.

How to power cycle your Xbox console:

Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

Unplug the console’s power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

Plug the console power cable back in.

Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

    @VAMZAM quick update, it seems to affect both players, if one hasnt done the hard reset, both in the match are affected

  What game mode(s) are you experiencing this in? ONLINE CHAMPIONSHIPS, BUT THEN IT AFFECTS ANY MODE AFTER I GO TO ONLINE CHAMPIONSHIPS.

  I found the bug only occurs if you attempt to play on online world championships.
  If you decide to play another game mode, make sure to restart your game and the issue wont affect you

  Every time I play this game and it’s loading it’s a purple screen the whole game is playing in the background but you cannot see nothing but purple online or off-line

    When will this be fixed? I'm either too low in points to connect with anyone or no one is even trying ranked anymore, Cos i cant even test it again.
    Edit: still happening and as soon as you try ranked all the other modes stop working

Is there any updates on this or what ?
It's been 4 days and this issue has kind of destroyed the game. But yet promotion is everywhere. Maybe instead of 5 star gold and diamond jewelry for fighters we could spend that money on you know a working game.

  Seems like EA are sweeping this under the Rug and now offering AJ and Fury to new buyers who didn’t pre order the game so they can take more money and run 🏃!
