Tattoo Tyson not unlocked with Pre Order DLC?

I got the pre order for the game on PS4, put in the code and unlocked the pre order fighters except for Mike Tyson with the face tattoo. Is he not included in the Pre Order DLC? I thought it was advertised as including both versions of Tyson in all weight classes.

    It wanted me to pay for him. But I figured it out, tattooed (Legacy) Tyson only came with the deluxe preorder, not standard. It either wasn't worded well or didn't click in my brain for that.  So it's working as it should.

    Please try the following steps:

    1. Go to the Main Menu
    2. Select the fighter store
    3. Select the UFC 2 deluxe game cover icon
    4. This should prompt you to download Tyson

    Do let us know how you get on with this.

    I have Xbox one and I have the same answer. If I select the deluxe edition, it shows installed but it doesn't say manage as normal. Hence I have the deluxe pre order fighters and UFC 2 installed but it doesn't download em or let me download em without buying them and since I have ea access I get a discount, instead of being free. What can I do?

    I have PS4, purchased the Deluxe Edition and when I go to Fighter Store there is no picture of deluxe game cover icon ONLY the options to purchase ? I click on the Legacy Tyson and no deluxe game cover icon there either.
