Hey Guys, I have this problem since yesterday but didn't get the chance to contact EA support yet. I've seen multiple topics with similar errors and nobody really got the situation resolved. EA needs to do something about this.

As a side-note, I removed the FB login and tried to use the guest feature. I get the same error message but with a different error code - 0x10007 UPDATE - After I re-attached the Facebook account to the game it started working :D

I can't login with facebook account i get 0x1 error and i have done all the actions you describe.

Hello

I have been playing this game for two years in Korea.
My name is Es Ko.

Since April 9th, my information has been lost due to 0x1 error.

However, the EA administrator only replies that it can not be recovered due to a system error.

Many of my characters are not recovering.

I am very angry and sad for your actions.

I want to receive my many characters again.

I am introducing this game in Korea.

If this case does not work out well, I can not promote it anymore.

I keep getting inquiries, but the senior admin team is not responding.

Im getting that same issue its so annoying this game is really fun but its technical issues make me never want to play it anymore . I wouldnt have cared so much and made a other login but i spent real $ bought max hallowaycs and petits cs so i want my progress back or a refund atleast . geez EA tech support is garbage ive been on hold for a support "chat" for over hour now even while im writing this. I have a feeling nothing getting fixed and i am sol. Well good luck to everyone else

I've been playing this game since a year. The problem started during the ufc 214 event where i don't know how it stopped logging in and when ever i tried to login to my account it always showed error (0x1). I've been trying to login since that day but it nevers helps. I've tried from different devices still the results are same. Yesterday i tried with my another fb account and it got logged in but then again when i tried with my old account which already has a lot of progress made, there it is still showing error 0x1. Pls help me to login to that account. I don't want to lose my progress please. I've reached too far and now i don't want to start again from the bottom please help me.

I vve player since UFC are published. Last year my Phone broke and i Take a break but Now when i try to log in with my Facebook it tell me same as you.

have been getting “unable to connect to ea server” messages for about a week now. I had my wifi technician come and check and said everything was working perfect. I’ve done all the ea help steps and still can’t connect to servers. I’ve even stayed on the phone for 2 hours to talk to PlayStation Support and they only said it was an EA issue.
