Really this is just an annoyance for me even though I'm here complaining about this missing feature.  The first few days my controller felt "broken" but now it's pretty fluid and I have fun.  Seems you can get it on Craigslist for $40 and save $20. 

What angers me is how they do not centralize support in this forum.  It is so dumb that if I want to find out if there is a gameface fix I have to go dig through multiple posts...  FOR THE LOVE OF GOD LOCK THEM ALL.

THEN create a sticky that everyone gets drawn into that will be updated with a solution.  Seriously 101 stuff.

But then again I guess EA's track record speaks for its self.

EA=Multi-million dollar company who cant fix a link on a website, what a joke!!

I mean honestly all of you dumd a** advisors keep giving us the same sh** about clearing cache, and you guys obviously see it doesnt work. come on ea quit with the bs 

Why is this thread marked as resolved? This is definitely NOT RESOLVED and the post that is supposedly the solution is just a post saying its NOT RESOLVED. 😕mileymad:

It seems bizarre something as simple as broken links on a website takes this long to resolve. Clearly the issue is bigger than broken links and EA has to be aware of this. Its not just the Gameface link that causes the redirect issue but rather all the links under the Services tab.

why is this marked as "solved" clearly not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EA its still doing the redirect despite all your so called advice. The fact this has been ongoing for several days now and maybe weeks its clearly not important. why cant they just say "under maintenance" or something. EA are once again showing how poor they are at resolving their own technical issues.

As previously stated, this is an issue with our website. We are working on resolving this, can you once again try the workaround steps below in the meantime? They are slightly different what had been posted previously in the thread.

1. Clear your browser's cache

2. Now visit www.easports.com

3. Click on Sign In (top right corner) and put in your Origin Account Details (This is not your gamertag/PSN ID)

4. Once logged in, go visit www.easports.com/gameface (either by clicking on this link or by typing the URL in manually)

Let me know how you get on.

So people come post in here instead of making 78 individual threads where the Mods can just skate the issue over and over....copying and pasting the same boilerplate garbage.

Duplicate posts = they win.

Large single thread = applied pressure.
