To Those with GameFace and Redirect issues...
I did about 20 minutes of troubleshooting with EA on the phone and they themselves duplicated the same problem we are all experiencing on their own computers. They assured me that the information would be forwarded to the necessary department so a solution can be implemented.
You may all stop clearing your cache 7 times, it's not on your end.
Congrats, apparently the guys running your phone support are recieving the same redirect loop we are. Perhaps you should harness the power of that controlled environment and figure out the problem? Or just tell them to clear their cache as well (lol) and look the other way...
Confirmed not working (IE, FireFox, Safari, Chrome) based on the exact same information for the 8th time. Instead of regurgitating the exact same, unsuccessful processes over and over a simple "We are experiencing issues" type notice would be way more effective and well recieved.
In b4 next fool working for you guys reads only the title and copies and pastes stupid, irrelevant links.
