Tried making a new Game Face

I've been trying to make a new game face but it will only load the older game face and when I press delete it will just stay there and not do anything. Ive refreshed my browser and then it still uploads the game face I've tried to delete. Is there anything im missing? Or maybe anything that can be done to fix this?
