Hey. Thanks for following up.
No I tried all those suggestions and none of them changed it.
UFC 1, 2 and 3 are "currently unavailable" on my Xbox One, with a disc, on two seperate accounts. And 1, 2 and 3 are also "currently unavailable" on the PS4 store too. I doubt it's my console since I've updated it, power cycled it, not to mention the games aren't available to buy on my phone online either for both stores.
Unless EA retroactively region locked the games for Oceania only (which is terrible considering I spent significant money buying all 3 games new), or its unavailable for more than just my region.
It sucks because of the downward trajectory of the series. UFC 1 sucked compared to Undisputed 3 or even EA MMA and the Fight Night series, UFC 2 was the height of the series (which the features slowly being stripped away in follow ups), and 3 and 4 were rinse and repeat cash grabs. Luckily you guys heard our complaints about buying movies as microtransactions in 3, only to then drop a bunch of awful looking cosmetics, in a sport with a regulated uniform (which isn't a feature anymore, you actually can't even choose the shorts fighters actually wear! Only denim bs and holographic underpants...)
I'm a massive MMA and UFC fan, so I would buy any combat sports game (and I have!). Either theplentiful bugs, awful ground game, and lack of general content in 4 improves miraculously, or the other games become available again. Otherwise I'll have to switch back to Undisluted 3 on my PS3, and avoid EA from now on. The games don't even have to be good, they just have to work.
Did you ever reach out to Xbox Support to see what they could find on their side for your Xbox account?

Hey.
Look I'll reach out to Microsoft and Sony support, but it doesn't seem logical. If I cant buy the games on either console, across 3 accounts, or anonymously online, then it has nothing to do with European region locks. I bought the games from Oceania for Oceania. How could my account be responsible if I cant find an option to byt the games on ANY device, even annoymenously. It seems like the games are just unavailable, across both stores, on PS and Xbox. I dont know how that would occur for several unrelated accounts, unless its region locked now for here, or has been made unavailable by noth stores simultaneously. What am I supposed to say to Microsoft or Sony support? That the games dont work across all consoles and platforms for me, across multiple accounts, and are unavailable to by online from a seperate account. Unless I'm being tracked and blocked by both stores, it can't be a problem on my end.
Thanks.

@rgn4re7nbgxz Hey, I wasn't able to get to you before I headed out for the weekend. If the game isn't available on the Xbox and PlayStation Store (those are their marketplaces) they would be able to verify if it's something related to your accounts for the store and should be aware of what's happening.
We aren't getting any other reports on this and although UFC 1 & 2 aren't as popular as they once were, I would at least expect more reports on this for UFC 3 in that region if it was impacting a wide range of accounts.
Please keep us updated on their answer. - 5 years ago
Look I'll ask them but you clearly aren't understanding what I'm saying.
Yes those two marketplaces are owned by two competing companies, but the commonality is the game they both say is unavailable was made by EA. And no, I can still play UFC 3 on my Xbox because it was already installed. I haven't tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, but I can see on several other accounts it is unavailable to download.
Like I've said, the problem is (almost definitely) EA making those games simultaneously unavailable to purchase. I can't imagine a reality in which both Sony and Microsoft decided to stop letting people install games they've already bought at the same time on their independent marketplaces. Do you want me to have a conference call with Sony and Microsoft to ask them why they stopped people buying games, when we all know the connection is EA made all the unavailable games, and has a track record of shady business tactics.

Maybe I should just accept only playing UFC 4 out of the entire series I purchased across consoles. At least EA fixed everyone's problem with it this weekend... not the bugs, not the worse than UFC 3 ground game, not the missing ragdoll physics, or the emptiest roster in the series' history... nah we got your boy Brock Lesnar. The guy who pushed a double champ to set up a fight, only to * out when he had PTSD flashbacks to the Cain fight. Dude is more steroid junky than fighter and this point, AND he was in the now unavailable UFC 1... cheers.

I've played UFC 1 on EA play for years. You guys removed it fo no reason at all. IItv was voff the servers and I'd been playing like that for awhile. I was going to go purchase a disc, but now I'm not sureif it will work or not. Quit jerking around this other guy around and tell him it"s EA's fault his game won't work. You work for the company and can't give him a straight answer. You are straight lying to him and deflecting to Microsoft. EA's quality has really gone down and seeing how you treat your customers, I'm done with your games.

Do you know if the games work if you already have them installed?

Absolute criminals, I've bought 5 copies of the game 1,2 and 3 and none of them worked. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
