We aren't getting any other reports on this and although UFC 1 & 2 aren't as popular as they once were, I would at least expect more reports on this for UFC 3 in that region if it was impacting a wide range of accounts.
Please keep us updated on their answer.
Look I'll ask them but you clearly aren't understanding what I'm saying.
Yes those two marketplaces are owned by two competing companies, but the commonality is the game they both say is unavailable was made by EA. And no, I can still play UFC 3 on my Xbox because it was already installed. I haven't tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, but I can see on several other accounts it is unavailable to download.
Like I've said, the problem is (almost definitely) EA making those games simultaneously unavailable to purchase. I can't imagine a reality in which both Sony and Microsoft decided to stop letting people install games they've already bought at the same time on their independent marketplaces. Do you want me to have a conference call with Sony and Microsoft to ask them why they stopped people buying games, when we all know the connection is EA made all the unavailable games, and has a track record of shady business tactics.
