UFC 1 & 2 Not Installing Despite Owning the Disc

There is definitely something going on because I can't re-install UFC 1 or 2 game disc anymore either. I've had this issue for weeks from when I noticed it happened.

I discovered i can play my UFC 2 disc if I install it on my brothers Xbox One S console. I own the Xbox One X and this UFC 2 game disc used to work on my XBOX One X. Im not sure how to pin point when this glitch happened exactly.
