UFC 2 deluxe edition code

Can anyone tell me where to find my code I bought the game recently on PlayStation store and can't find my code to get ultimate team packs

Ultimate Team packs were part of a pre-order promotion so you will not get those if you did not pre-order.

I too purchased UFC 2 DELUXE EDITION and when I enter the access code, It says the code was already redeemed but it did not unlock the fighters it claims its supposed to unlock.

I paid for a Mike Tyson ultimate team pack and didn't get my item that was legendary that was garenteed. Can I get my item?
