UFC 2 ULT TEAM NOT OFFLINE

So i have no internet and I bought this game when i saw that Ultimate Team is avaliable offline. I just found out it isnt because i keep getting a message telling to to sign into xbox live.

Im guessing false advertising. If so im going in to ask for my money back. You cant say "offline" but need constant internet conection to play it.

Could someone tell me how to get ultimate team to work offline without having to install an update and without having to connect to internet.

Can I ask where you saw that UT would be available completely offline?

Ultimate Team mode requires an active online connection, even when playing offline matches.

With single-player offline play, you’ll be matched up against computer-controlled fighters created by other Ultimate Team players.

Edit: I misread the intent. There are many reports of UT not being able to be accessed online though.

It says everywhere available offline or online but NO WHERE DOES IT SAY IT NEEDS A CONSTANT CONNECTION. It doesnt say it on the back of the case, it doesnt say it on the EA website, when i googled it, it didnt come up anywhere else. So it was one of those buy it and see if it works.

Regardless its lack of information. Where am i supposed to find info about the online play. Where do i find info about what im limited to in game? It doesnt say it anywhere.
