I don't work for EA but I can try to help nevertheless.
Can you post some screen grabs of the game face creator, as well as where you have placed the green crosses please? Pics of the final game face as well what it looks like in game would be helpful too.Lastly, I posted a little guide on here showing what I did and how it worked for me. If you havent done so already, it might be worth giving it a read if you have time.

Ok I can't quite see what resolution your source photos are but the higher the better. I can tell you the markers are a bit misplaced though. To help you see where to place them, try turning on the screen magnifier which you can find in the accesibilty options on your computer. Trust me, it helps.
Also, when editing the front view, theres help text explaining where to place the markers. If you get stuck, that can help. Also dont be afraid to study the example picture on the right. Although your face is different, it will give you an idea what features to look for. I will explain what I see wrong with your photos though.
FRONT VIEW:
Eye markers
Try to get these dead center of the eyes. Forget about getting dead center of the pupils, instead place the markers dead center of the eye whites.
Nose markers
You have yours place in the center of the nostrils, which is wrong. You need to place them on the exact middle of the the outside edge curve of the flesh that goes around the nostril. Sort of like this but make sure they touch the curve... x( O O )x
Cheek Markers
A bit like what you do with the nose. imagine there is a gobstopper sized ball on each cheekbone. You need to place the cheek markers on the exact center of the outside edge curve.
Mouth Markers.
The mouth actually doesnt look too bad, but try to get the markers on the exact corners of the mouth.
Jaw Markers
I can't quite make out where your jawline is so I've guessed a bit. I think you are maybe looking slightly downward in your photo so your chin is more prominant. Anyway the markers need to be on the edge of your face, where the jawbone would be
Chin Marker
The exact middle of the bottom edge of your chin.
SIDE VIEW
Eye
The Excact corner of the eye
Nose bridge
The edge of your nose is like a straight line. You place the marker where the edge line starts to curve upwards.
Nose middle
Your marker was more or less in the correct spot.
Nose tip
The tip of your nose is a curve. Dead center of the curve.
Nose Bottom
Like with the nse bridge. The bottom of your nose has a straight edge. Place the marker where the straight line curves downward toward your top lip.
Tip lip
On the edge of your lip, where the lip coloring ends.
Bottom Lip
On the edge of your bottom lip, where the lip coloring ends
Chin
Exact center of the curve of your chin
Neck
This isnt actually your 'neck' as such. Instead place the marker near the center edge of the bottom of your jaw.
Below is your photo with where I *think* you should place the markers. Use your own judgement to see if I'm right, because I'm sure you have better quality photo to work from that I do.
Also I have included an example of mine to show you how mine worked on the game face site. The version in UFC will vary from this I have to warn you - certain face shapes don't seem to work too well from what I see.
Hope this helps, and good luck! :D
