UFC 3. After installing Update 1.14 my game started crashing everytime.

Question

Ever since installing the update 1.14 my UFC 3 game crashes. Right before the menu screen is suppose to pop up, right after the "Press any button to start". This has been happening everytime for the last 30 attempts ever since this update came out. I play it on ps5, maybe that has something to do with it. I already tried reinstalling the game, does nothing. And with every failed attempt I send EA the Error Report with a clip attached but I haven't recieved help yet. What can I do?

Try clearing the cache for that game seem to work for me when I had problem

I made a lot of really detailed customized fighters. If I clear my cache, do I lose them? If so I rather wait for a new update to hopefully fix my issue.

I decided to do it. (Few weeks ago) Yet I still face the same problem.
