Ufc 3 can’t even create a fighter

So every time I enter career mode and try to create my fighter I go to the menu where I change his name, social media handle, weight etc, and if I click on any of the boxes where it requires me to manually enter something like his name or handle my game freezes and then crashes immediately, this means I can’t even do something as simple as enter text without this game falling apart, please help me as I bough this game for the career mode.
