Summarize your bug Winning every title defense results in the game treating me as a new world champ even though I just defended my title. It should be "still the world champ" not "new world champ." If it helps, my character is a balanced welterweight. It's a minor thing, but I bug none the less I think.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Successfully defend your title.
What happens when the bug occurs? Bruce and the commentators treat my character as a new world champ when I was a defending world champ.
What do you expect to see? I expect the game to treat my character as a defending champ rather than a new champ every time I successfully defend my title.

Summarize your bug Commentators calling the champion the challenger during walkouts.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play any championship match on any offline mode and watch the walkouts for both fighters
What happens when the bug occurs? When the champion makes his walk, Jon Anik and Joe Rogan will talk about him like he's the challenger not the champion. The game is playing the wrong audio cues for the commentators.
What do you expect to see? A fix to this as soon as possible because it ruins the immersion. This wasn't happening before the Day 35 update so I'm not sure what happened.

Same here, fighter intro commentary, announcer intro and post fight all are doing the same thing as well.  And yes it totally kills the immersion aspect of the career.  Might sound like a small thing but it really makes ya feel ripped off after all the time it took to get the belt!  Lol

I just deleted the game and save files. I then installed them again, game and update not save file,  thought it worked because i got the new animation of ref jumping in,, physically, to stop fight which i never saw before today.  So i re downloaded old save file from ps plus server and started next fight with my old champion and it still is messed up.  So im going to delete that again and do a new career and see if that works.  I hope it does cause it's VERY frustrating and kills the games immersion BIG TIME!!!

Nope didn't help at all in fact now it's worse.  It now does it to ALL championship fights, even when it's the AI defending, this really stinks!!!
