Having this exact same issue. Even if it's set to simple submission it will not work. This is game breaking for me as I can never get out of or tap anybody out using the other way as it's way to difficult to use. please fix this
- Come on EA. Fix this quick. It’s impossible to get out of submissions without simple submissions working.
