Bought UFC 3 Deluxe for Xbox One X. Game constantly crashed, by buzzing and then booting me back to my home screen. I have done all of the steps to see if this is something on my end. I am Head of the IT Department for our consulting firm and have been an IT specialist for 15 years. So I know whether it’s your software/game causing the issue. This is ridiculous as people have been posting since 2018 about this issue and you still have not fixed it!!!
The steps I have taken as follows:
Restart/Clear cache.
Power down and unplug for 10 min.
Cleared saved data (in case of corrupted file).
Removed profile and reloaded profile.
Checked network connections.
Cleared MAC ID and reloaded.
Attempted to run game offline (won’t let me because I purchased digital and forces me to be online).
Cleared Persistent storage.
Confirmed my purchase on my account.
Xbox is completely up to date.
UFC 3 completely up to date.
Transferred game from internal to external and vice versus (buzz crashes on both).
The bottom line is that this crash has nothing to do with our xboxes or anything on the Xbox, as I can play all of my other games no problem. It’s that you sold us all a POS software/game, probably knowing of the problem because you didn’t run enough software testing on your end before releasing it to the public. I am more than fully aware of what is going on and it’s obvious you have not found a fix or put out an update to resolve the issue.
My next step will be to file a complaint with the BBB regarding this and will never purchase another EA game ever if you don’t fix my issue!
