UFC 3 "in order to access the online features for this title, all active users

Need help to fix this issue. "in order to access the online features for this title, all active users must be signed into playstaition network and the EA servers"  This happens on Playstation Net...

    Hey, @Jeysson_ranger 

    Wanted to check in on you here and see if you still needed some help with this. That error can show up during short PSN outages or could be account related depending on sharing abilities for the primary and subaccounts.

    Have you tried power cycling the network and console if it's still showing up?

    Reboot the power to the modem/router

    1. Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.

    How to power cycle your PS4 console

    1. Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
    2. Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.
