UFC 3 LVL 5 Cage Flying Knee Career Mode

Where is the LVL 5 Cage Flying Knee? Each gym I checked is missing it only one player has the flying knee but it is LVL 1. There is no LVl 2, LVL 3, LVL 4, or 5. I’ve soured the internet to see if anyone knows and cannot find any answers besides that it might not exist.
