When I boot up the game on Xbox one, as soon as the Conner McGregor start screen gets past to the main menu where you pick your fight mode, the game starts making a whirring sound and immediately freezes and crashes back to the Xbox dashboard. I’ve looked up similar problems and tried things like:~hard restart of console~ uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail~ deleting saved databut all these things haven’t worked. One time the crash even turned off my console and restarted it without me doing anything. I’ve had the game for two years and has worked perfectly fine until today and have never had problems beforehand.

Yes it was fixed with the update which I'm thankful for guys was just really irritating having been a player since UFC 3 BETA

Same here. Been playing the game for two years and now it just doesn't want to work anymore. People have apparently been having the same problem since release and EA just doesn't have an answer. Imagine that.

Dang I don’t know. I hope it gets resolved though somehow. Games pretty awesome and it’s be a shame for all that to go to waste

Thank you for contacting us here about this. Are you all still having trouble with it loading up and before you reply with your results, can you try a power cycle with the console and network one more time to confirm it's still not working? Do you have the standalone game or EA Access.

Reboot the power to the modem/router

Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.

How to power cycle your Xbox console:

Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

Unplug the console’s power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

Plug the console power cable back in.

Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

Clear Mac Address

Clear the MAC Address: From the Xbox dashboard select Settings>All Settings>Network>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC address>Clear, then restart your Xbox.

There is a bug that is effecting multiple people on xbox and ps4 where the game crashes after the press any button to start screen. I can play on my other profile but my main profile doesn't work. My online records, career mode , created fighters, ultimate team, etc...i've tried resetting mac addresses and powering off and resetting my xbox, nothing works..
