Ufc 3 ps4 doesn't pass first loading

I downloaded the game from ps store,i tried to play and its stoping at the first loading video.deleted the game download it again and again the same.

Still the same problem!stays here forever,i payed 70 euros and didnt play even once!!it doesnt start,find me a solution or give me my money back!
