UFC 4 BLACK SCREEN

Trying to play UFC 4 and have been plagued with the black screen after the press any button menu. Redownloading works but only once, then i have to delete and reinstall. I’d rather not keep doing this and just be able to play the game I paid for. I know that it is a dated game with UFC 5 being out but I am playing what I can with an XBOX one. Besides EA are still charging full price for a dated game that doesn’t even work.
