No im on Xbox one. But i also have the same issue. My gamertag is SwiftyDaWolf and i will attach a screen shot. I just want to continue my career vs having to start over

Did the power go out during a save or the console was shut down while saving? We are not able to recover save files as they are stored locally on the device.
It sounds like the file is corrupted, sadly. I want to make sure it doesn't happen going forward though. Do you happen to use an external hard drive for your console? Whether it's for UFC 4 or different games?
Have you power cycled the console lately? That is with these steps below:How to power cycle your Xbox console:
- Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
- Unplug the console’s power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
- Plug the console power cable back in.
- Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
This just happened to me right after a title fight lol
