Suggestion for a Coach Career Mode in EA Sports UFC
Dear EA Sports Team,
I’ve been a long-time fan of the UFC game series and have played every installment since the beginning. One of the most common and exciting requests from the community — and something I personally hope to see — is the introduction of a full **“Coach Career Mode”** in UFC Career Mode.
## Why a Coach Mode Makes Sense
- It would add **depth and long-term engagement** to the game: after retiring a fighter, being able to continue as a coach would be a natural narrative progression.
- Players could **manage their own gym**, recruit and train prospects, develop fight strategies, and lead multiple athletes to the top.
- EA already does this well in other franchises — *FIFA Career Manager*, *Madden Franchise*, *F1 Team Career* — bringing that kind of management layer into UFC would expand the experience massively.
## Suggested Features
- Create and customize your gym (name, location, staff).
- Train CPU-controlled or user-created fighters.
- Manage training camps, improve gym facilities, sign sparring partners or guest legends.
- Give tactical instructions during fights (as a real corner coach).
- Compete as a gym for prestige, rankings, and UFC titles with your roster of athletes.
## Benefits
- Greatly increases replay value and immersion.
- Reflects the real MMA world, where legendary coaches (like Trevor Wittman or Javier Mendez) are vital to a fighter’s success.
- It would be a fresh take that sets UFC apart from standard career-only titles.
## Thanks for your time
Thank you for all the work you've put into the UFC franchise. I truly hope a **Coach/Manager Career Mode** is considered for future updates or UFC 6. The community would love a deeper, longer-lasting experience that lets us build a legacy beyond just one fighter.
Thanks again for listening to the fans!
