Just like in a real fighter's career, your training partners will rub off on you and influence your style. This career mode is very disappointing, not enough options, can't choose who to call out, limited choice in who you fight, can't change actual ufc shorts but can wear a dress and t shirt in octagon and worst of all the division which kills the career mode imo. Why am I fighting a 45 year old cruz for the belt. The division is simple!!! more than likely older fighters will go down the ranks and end up retiring between 38-45 and younger fighters will climb ranks and challenge for title ( example: rapheal assuncao is still top 3 ranked fighter at 46 but omalley and yadong still not even ranked 8 years into career) The ai created fighters are also ridiculous with guys who are 12-8 record Top 15 ranked and guys 20-1 not ranked and never seem to move up or downPLEASE let us create our own CAFs to use in career mode and as training partners, Also more option in story such as champion pulling out and top contender weight below or above fill in for 2 weeks before fight, choice in weight (if choose 145lbs have choice in being small FW or big BW and have consequences for fitness such as miss weight which can lead to moving up or down) ALSO please adjust the editing why am I starting career as boxer but still have low level boxing skills and no snap jab or celtic/looping cross this is across the board for skills, if trained in skill please have some sort of option to unlock moves from training unlike being a champion to get decent jab.

Still some glaring issues in career (see the bug reports) but I am enjoying it so far. At least you don't get to auto-quit your career after going 8-2 in the UFC in the previous installment, which was beyond ridiculous.It bothers me the coloured UFC shorts aren't a part of the selection. For my male CaF's I was able to make come reasonably distinct-looking ones, partly due to the clothing options. But in my women's FlyW career I encounter CaF opponents that all look the same. There should be more facial variations or different hairs being used (but please not the unicorn hair). Without variety career gets pretty stale. It's fine but could be so much more immersive with some small tweaks.

@EA_Blueberry Its looks way better than before. I would like to be able to play my career online and be able to train with online friends, etc. It would be very exciting. Btw, I would love to try the new career mode, before release in order for me to be able to give you better feedback

From what I'm seeing the ability to "call out" other fighters is in fact not a thing. I don't understand why you have to wait for the game to prompt you before you can start a rivalry (without knocking somebody out in the gym or turning down a fight against them)On another note the same goes for weight class changes. I don't see why we can't change every few fights or after a couple losses with the added penalty of maybe losing ranking spots or not being ranked in the new weight class.I don't get why these are things we need to wait for the game to decide on before they can be done by the player. This was advertised as completely unscripted, yet what I just mentioned is the exact definition of scripted. When another fighter "tweets" you on social media and you respond to start a rivalry, that's not the player calling them out. That's them calling the player out, and the player responding. It doesn't make sense that we can't use the exact same system we use to build connections with other fighters to call fighters out also.Also the call-out system is backwards, when you're a contender everybody is calling you out. Yet as a champ I've racked up ten defenses and haven't had a rivalry in like eight fights or had anybody take jabs at me on social media. Same goes for weight class changes, why can't we use some of our weekly points to tease a weight change and after a fight or two get offered fights up or down a division depending on what we chose. It's too much of a Conor McGregor simulator, why do you have to win the belt and challenge another champ to change weights when so many fighters go up and down based on their career trajectory?

Try keep declining fights. From what I'm aware of that can help increase your chances of them setting you up with a ranked/title fight.

@EA_Blueberry Have career mode be more immersive like my journey in the FIFA games. We should have press conferences, having our created fighters get to argue and call out our opponents. There should be post-fight interviews with joe rogan and callouts. We should have different fight camps and we should be able to move through them like in ufc 3. We should have free reign of moving down or up weight classes whenever we want. We should have longer longevity that doesn't get that affected by knockouts, injuries, and losing fights. Also, make the body types bigger and more jacked, and gives us more options to change the body fat, size of the biceps, neck, back, type of abs and etc. Also make it so that we can make our height higher, for middleweight and light heavyweights the height limit should be 6'6, and for heavyweights 7 feet. Also, make it so that we can adjust the reach to 85 inches or lower. Most importantly we should be able to use our career fighter for offline fights and online.

Dear EA for UFC, please just do this for the upcoming game and try to listen to what the fans want, for at least one game.

Additional features THAT SHOULD BE IN at release...Fluid Boxing and the MMA move sets work [like they have atleast to point ,in prior titles] Not having my fighter Have stage fright...when u go in and push buttons to do the right thing and.....if this was a even a youth camp this one thing would've been done first time and the next time they would just side strafe to a very much unguarded opponent and ...well that's the thing 🤔. For this to happen ONCE is fight ending let the 15 other times be do overs. MMA's version of save scumming..🤨....? Ok devs joking about totally immersion breaking fight mechanics . You, yeah u quit swapping maddens bleacher with last{6 month's}texture and I'll give a even easier task(s) Fix the moves not doing anythingor as I and those who hit "Supposed button combination " That was going to be the best thing for winning that important 14th try in a title defends. AND YOU WATCH YOUR GUY TAKE THE SAME THING but felt that it would be nice if u can just do what is going to be the least harmful to ur opponent ad using the most stamina to also negate thinking bout that poor frail Belt holder! 🎁 3 Things that make it a game that you release,1 year for content management and if you want to get the audience that gets a 2nd year to give a unannounced fan focused experiences and such , Give both offline a deep madden like superstar feel and look..its a fighting game in a real world state. So let us see the good <$$,Fame and how much you can do to give back to the community,etc but also show the dirty scum Troubles the whole sport has and maybe if ur guy makes some "Errors"; then you fall prey to those forces & either work up outta the mess . Or if climb out to much or if slime. Is the only thing you want u can feel those🐌🎈. Depending upon Mr.White and his Lawcasting ghouls really believe that UFC can handle abit of mud

@ComplexConcept Would be great if we could use our progress from career to play with friends even if it was just offline and that it what ruined the game to the point I don't feel it's worth playing the day they fix that is the day I start playing it again... what a waste of $63

@asaptaji Ea needs to update ufc 4 and fix the not being able to use our progressed characters with friends atleast but what would we expect all there games are trash cuz they don't care what we think we are only the ppl paying for there games putting cash in there pockets
