UFC 4 doesn’t connect online

I bought and pre loaded the game before ea access trail and now whenever I start it says my status is offline and whenever I click to go to player hub it gives me an error it is on Xbox one on the ps4 which I only got the trail it shows I am online

    Hello, @Saints_Priest_1.

    I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

    @EA_Aljo This didn’t help for me either. Main screen shows me that I’m offline but for any other game I’ll be fine

    Experiencing the same issue says there is a problem and it doesn't connect online.

    Are you both on Xbox as well? If so, try clearing your alternate MAC address with these steps:

    Go to your Xbox One Settings (Just press Start, then click Settings)
    Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
    Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

    I assume you're on Xbox also? What's the error message you get and when does it happen?
