Ufc 4 ea play cant download

Downloaded UFC 4 on PS4 off EA Play a month ago. Went to play again today and it now asks me to pay £54 to buy the game, yet still shows on the playlist in the hub. Unistalled the game, went to download again and no option to download for free.

Thank you for letting us know about this. Can you let me know if power cycling the console helps refresh the EA Playlist for you?

How to power cycle your PlayStation console

1. Touch the power button on the front of the PS4/5 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
2. Turn it back on after 5 minutes. Launch the game.

Tried that and it didn't work. Spoke to EA Chat and they said it was a PSN issue. I have a support ticket with them and awaiting a reply 

I also began getting this error 2 days ago.

Updated licences on ps4, rebooted and uninstalled.

Now I cant download it again. Same problem.

My friends does not have this issue and can play as normal.

Edit: Actually. Now the download button has returned. Downloaded, installed and started the game. Seems to work again 🙂

It appeared automatically. Didn't do anything special. Let's hope you get it back also.

Hey try uninstalling the game and downloading it again from ps mobile app . I had the same issue as yours, but I was able to download the game again from ps mobile app
