UFC 4 Not Working PLEASE HELP ME

My Xbox keeps saying UFC 4 installation stopped. Should i try install UFC 4 offline or online some people say offline is the best way to do it and others say online works and i have tried it on my friends Xbox it doesn't work could it be the disc

@John89IRL Hey this is quite late and you've probably got it fixed by now, but it looks like you might not have enough space on the hard drive or needed to power cycle the console to get the installation moving.
