UFC 4 online not working. Im logged in both ps4 and Ea account is linked

I'm getting error page when I try to play with my friend online

Thanks for the response. NAT type 2 should be fine. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

Did it and it didnt help can i talk to someone to look at my account if theres no other way becuase my playstation plus bouta expire and i only paied for it so i could play this game online
