Ufc 4 online ranked point system

EA you really need to fix your game. Why is it when I win someone and they leave I gain literally no points or even sometimes I lose points how does that even work? I often play with 4 star character to get more points but I don’t get any points because they leave. Once I got 0 points even tho they didn’t leave. Please EA fix this I’m on a 27 win streak and have gained 40 points in total. But when I lose, I lose a ton of points like hundreds of points. How am I supposed to climb the ranks while I get 0 points. I’m in DIV 10 and can’t go any higher because I don’t get any points. Please fix this.
