UFC 4 Trial wont load

Download UFC trial and It pop up saying Do You Own this game or App? Uninstalled and Reinstalled twice and still got the same issue Contacted Xbox and everything they said didn't work also in EA acce...

    I had this same issue but it worked when i went on the console that is set as my home xbox then went into ea access to claim it

Please don’t tell me you have to be apart of the “preview program” to play the trial?
