I had this same issue but it worked when i went on the console that is set as my home xbox then went into ea access to claim it

Community ManagerDo you have the Closed Beta installed on your system? If so, can you delete that and try re-downloading the UFC 4 Play First Trial from the EA Access Play First Trial hub?

that is the help your going to give me? of course i don't have the beta installed I've been through all this with EA help on twitter and they said it is a bug within ea access so the other team has to fix it and its now Wednesday and still no fix.... the game comes out in 2 days, how can it take this long.
Community ManagerI'm sure you've tried a power cycle already that I provided steps for below. To confirm, you're trying to download the Play First Trial for this game from both the EA Access app itself and the Xbox store. Have you tried deleting the EA Access app and reinstalled it to see if that would help?
Do you have an external hard drive or anything plugged into the USB slot when you're trying to download?
