Download UFC trial and It pop up saying Do You Own this game or App? Uninstalled and Reinstalled twice and still got the same issue Contacted Xbox and everything they said didn't work also in EA access hub its still saying install and when I click install it comes up with Download failed so I have to install Via Xbox Store

I had this same issue but it worked when i went on the console that is set as my home xbox then went into ea access to claim it
Community ManagerYou're not able to play the Play First Trial because the account that has the EA Access membership already used it. The EA Access Play First Trials can only be played once on the account that owns the EA Access membership.

Community ManagerIt does not work.It gives the Download Failed error. It then redirects to the store and the download from their does not give their correct permissions for the trial.

I’m having the same exact issues I have Xbox live gold EA access still won’t let me play and I haven’t ever played a minute of the game won’t even let alone start says i don’t own it
