UFC 4 xbox one profile offline

I have the trial on both my ps4 and xbox one while i bought the game on my xbox one. The xbox one it says my profile is offline while my ps4 one is online and leveling up also it keeps saying to buy ...

    It works the default avatar pic thing worked

Saying my profile is offline. I can't do challenges or level up. Has been happening since beta. Ea acess trial. And now full game.

      *UPDATE*

      If you are using a custom Gamertag pic for your Xbox profile, please change it to fix this.

      I'm assuming you have your status showing online for your Gamertag (just wanted to throw that out there to check it). You should be able to play it while showing offline, so it's strange you're getting this error.

      Can you answer these questions for me:

      • Do you have anything plugged into the USB slot on your Xbox?
      • Are you game sharing?
      • Have you tried reinstalling the game?
      • Can you try power cycling the console again and let me know if it helps?

      Reboot the power to the modem/router

      1. Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.

      How to power cycle your Xbox console:

      1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
      2. Unplug the console’s power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

      Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

      1. Plug the console power cable back in.
      2. Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

        tried that and still nothing i also deleted my saved data and the reserved space to see if that worked and still says offline
