EDIT: Mine is now working as well! Didn't do anything other than just tried it again.

Mine was working but now it is freezing after the main menu and making the buzzing noise and kicking me to the Xbox home menu again.  Getting quite frustrating 😡

This has been a problem for about a month now. This is wild! I mean if they haven’t figured out the problem by now, I wonder what’s going on 

Yes, same thing here. Was working a few times but I tried again last night and back to not working for me. Same freezing again now. 

Only way I've been able to play UFC is by making another account. I've tried everything people has said to do in this post but on my main account every time i press a button to load into the game it freezes and the app crashes. I am on an Xbox one x and my gamer tag is SaucySimba if that helps.

This really sucks. I can't even play my game

After a few days of being able to play the game with no problem the issue is happening again. I did download nhl20 through ea access if it helps narrow down the issue. This problem is now affecting a lot of people and hopefully you can figure out a solution that doesn't involve us resetting numerous accounts and resetting everything over and over again. The game worked fine for two plus years until something changed a few weeks ago. Thanks for the help.
