UFC freezes on load

I just bought the game today and uninstalled it twice now, I load past the Connor McGregor screen and while fights play in the background it freezes every time, I just wanna play or get a refund.

I'm not replying to the comment to gentleman made I was just making an overall statement to EA what was the problem and what did you do to fix it so everyone on this forum has an idea as well as when will you compensate us with a minimum of a few hundred thousand coins and or a few thousand points for the months we've lost. But I'd really like to know what the problem is and I'd like to get compensated for my loss it's working today great first time in almost 2 months, I works again tomorrow that will be even better but I'm not holding my breath the fact is right now it's working so I'm grateful but I still didn't get compensated for my lost and so did any of the other people on top of that I ask again what was the issue and how did you fix it so we know in the future if this happens again cuz we know this happened in April early April and it worked a few days later but then it went right back was the whole month of April and May into so please what was it?

Do you know if they fixed the problem yet this is getting ridiculous 

They did not fox the problem, at this point I don't think Ea cares that half there players can't play.

It freezes up on the main menu right after you press A to load up. Sometimes it makes it to the main menu then freezes right when it loads up.

I purchased the game when it came out but I also have EA access.

I followed the recommendation to no avail.  I have a game that I cannot play.  When I boot the game it freezes in the fretted our intro.  Please recommend the fix.

Yeah, I've been dealing with this for about two months now, I've resorted to playing on my wife's profile but it really sucks not to be able to use my ultimate team stuff I've been earning for well over a year. I tried all of these workarounds with none of them working. Resting my password with EA let me get to the menu, then it froze right after picking ultimate team. Then I was back to freezing trying to get to the main menu, again.
