UFC GAMEFACE PS4 NOT WORKING

No improvement.
No information on the cause or on the date of resolution.
This is really not a good job.

3 days trying for me --- same error msg.   Where is customer service phone number

I have had the same problem that past few days. I don't want to start career mode without the avatar. Extremely frustrating and the worst part is that EA won't even acknowledge that anything is wrong with their servers.

Hello. Whenever I click the save button after customizing my game face, it always has an error. The error states: "The system is currently too busy to process your request. Please try again in a few moments". I tried numerous times over the last 2-3 days. Please help. Thanks

Can't save game face.... tried yesterday and today... What a pain. I refuse to do career mode until I can save my gameface. The CAF looks nothing like me, I need my face : (

I have been trying to save my gameface for UFC on the PS4, and as I click save it continually repeats to inform me that the server is too busy. I was just wondering if it's worth my time to keep trying or should I just assume EA will always be too busy to ever deliver on anything they release?

THere are a number of threads just like yours and none of them are getting any attention.  Really getting tired of this.  I wouldn't mind if they'd at least address it in some way, but the idea that they can't even tell you to take a flying leap, much less acknowledge your issue so you at least know you were heard is baffling to me.

Come on, EA!  We plunk down our hard earned cash every year for each of these titles and you can't even acknowledge us with an update on what's going on?  This gameface issue is ridiculous and I'm to a point where I don't even know if I care any more.  It's not like the gaming giant actually pauys attention to the flies it draws.....

Something has to change.  I'd hate to stop buying, but after the disappointing Madden 25 and the problems with Battlefield and UFC, coupled with the fact that you can't even get someone to tell you they know you have a problem, much less fix it, I'm feeling less and less like a valued customer and more and more like just another number plunking money to keep a waning tyrant in power.

Worst part of it all is that Madden and Battlefield used to be truly great games and I was a true fan of EA.  Now I'm feeling taken for granted.....

Mine is the same, and its been like this since late July... you'd really think it would be sorted by now...

And ive even tried in the early hours of the morning when the server shouldnt be busy but it still doesnt work...

Honestly think its just an issue on their end that they are not interested in fixing, but... theyll blame our end cause its just easier to do...

or maybe im just blinded by rage at the moment lol
