@The problem arise when you tray to connect to the "Store". if you start without internet connection, game does not make store connection check (as @0:50) and you 're able to play, but once you reconnect internet connection and try to go on line game hangs.
please fix it: game is unusable like this!

I'm currently have an open issue and EA told me in raw:
1. open ports (http://help.ea.com/it/article/ufc-ports-info/) DID IT!
2. clear cache ps 4 of internet browse - it's a nonsense, but DID IT!
3. upload UOT (ultima Online trace) - DID IT! waiting for an answer (but everything will be ok)
....
but nothing is working 'till now. I'm waiting for the next unuseful suggestion about this.
I already changed physical support (DVD) at the shop, rebuilt Database, Formatted and erased PS4, reinstalled game and downloaded patches, but the issue is still in place
EA, you must verify game code to solve thsi issue!! may be it related to italian servers only?
Many people have this problem since time, and you weren't enable to solve it? it's frustrating to get in touch with this kind of low level support

last update from Support: "it's a known bug!"
Ssupport told me to wait for a patch that will sane the issue
we all hope it will take short time to releasing this patch....
