Ufc ultimate team

Does anyone knows how i can earn coins while i am away with my ultimate team? I have 5 fighters.. Or whzt do they mean with u need a full roster of fighters? Only coins i get is 500coins team bonus a day, im already team level 24 i just dont understand? ☹️
