UFC2 - Can't Connect To Online Gameplay

Make sure that you've read our article to improve your connection in UFC 2 if you are unable to play online.

Additionally, these are the most important steps:

• Use a wired connection
• Enable UPNP or port forwarding on your router. In the case of port forwarding, enable a static ip address on your console
• Power cycle both your console and router

About having to open ports on your router for a game: this is quite normal as online gaming uses specific connection on your network. Sometimes these connections (ports) are not opened by default to increase the security of a network. You can look at a port as a door on your network that you leave open. You don't want to leave certain doors on your network open as anyone could just walk in..

Omg all I wanna do is play ufc the is irritating as * I don't understand what the problem is I've spent days reporting and sending direct msgs for help but still no help some one please help me It won't let me play online at all

Please be sure of the following:

• You have an active XBL Gold or PS Plus subscription.
• You have your EA and gaming accounts linked: http://help.ea.com/en/article/linking-your-origin-account-with-your-psn-id-and-gamertag/
• You have fully powered off your console and router and then retried.

PS4 I go to quick fight or ranked championship it says "finding opponent" and then switches to saying "waiting to transition to game" and then the game crashes a message pops up for probably 3 seconds and says "an error has acurred in the following application error (CE-34878-0) CHECKING THE ERROR STATUS 0%" and yes I have restarted my router and ps4 many times and yes my ea account is linked to my ps4 and it was just working a week ago just fine and I can play other games online just not ufc
