UFC4 online features disabled

I am not being able to access online features. It says all active users must be signed into psn and ea servers. I am connected on both and have ps plus. I am able to play fifa 22. I tried logging in ...

    @Quizen007 

    If you visit Help.EA.com and sign in using the PlayStation Network option are you then able to load into the game? You have PlayStation Plus, correct?

      I don’t know where i can see it. Didn’t notice it anywhere.

        PlayStation Plus would show up under your profile in your billing history.
