Ultimate Team opened pack pre patch bug

Summarize your bug When I go to Ultimate Team, I go straight to a pack I opened before the patch but none of the buttons work (collect all, back etc). I get stuck on this screen every time I enter Ultimate Team and I have to restart.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open birthday pack prior to patch but do not collect all. * Turn off PS4 * Install new patch * open Ultimate Team, you will be prompted to collect all/sell all etc... on the pack you had opened on the last sessions * no buttons will work
What happens when the bug occurs? No buttons work Stuck Forced to hard reset
What do you expect to see? Get passed this state to continue with the mode
