Unable to Connect to EA Servers (ps5 digital)

I have been getting “unable to connect to ea server” messages for about a week now. I had my wifi technician come and check and said everything was working perfect. I’ve done all the ea help steps and still can’t connect to servers. I’ve even stayed on the phone for 2 hours to talk to PlayStation Support and they only said it was an EA issue. And have had no luck getting help from EA via email. (Ps5 digital - Madden 22)

    @Herbyy20 Yo I've had this issue with myself and my friends and I've found a lot of solutions for ps4 and ps5.
    Keep the game on the the home screen for apex where it says it can't connect. Then click your ps button go to settings and then you can do 2 things
    1. Disconnect your internet, turn it back on and then try the game
    2. Do an internet speed test then go back onto the game.

    No.2 generally works for me and my friends 90% of the time

    It was the same for us. You need to turn off PS, then enter EA on your phone/ computer and log into your EA account.LINK the EA account to your PS account. Then turn on PS5, enter the game and voila!

    Bonjour j’ai un problème je suis chez Free mini 4k ma ps5 et connecter en câble internet mais je jeux peux pas jouer à fc 25 je peux jouer à d’autre jeux (call of) (gta) en ligne mais pas fc25 ou fc24 il et écrit problème connexion au serveur ea je peux par contre jouer en partage de connexion j’ai prit l’abonnement ea pour pouvoir jouer a ufc en ligne et les serveur fonctionne bien avec ma connexion mais pas les serveur ea de fc25. Pouvais vous m’aider svp.

    Since i bought ea25 there are always problem i was struggle to fix that’s why i want to write my problem to here. When i want to connect EA online services I encounter this nonflication every time (In Order To Access the Online You must signed in to the EA serveses. See ea.com/ Unable-to-connect)

    I tried every solution to fix this problem but i couldn’t please help me.

    @Herbyy20 I've got the same problem but ea won't accept responsibility for it every other game i have connects perfectly fine except for every ea game i have just refuses to go online they got answers for that one

    Hi All, Has anyone got a solution for this I've tried the solutions above and I cannot seem to connect to the EA server on FC25. I've got my Internet via LAN and tested it as working 93mbs so not sure what issue is. I've signed out and signed into my PS5 and still not resolution.  Bit frustrating

    this one worked for me! just make sure to also turn off your ps5, dont restart it. And maybe repeat the steps one or two times. this 

    I think my internet had a stroke or someting, i got it back after a few minutes but ea wouldn't let me in to the servers.  Had to wait a day but found this one and as simple as it is it works :)
