Unable to connect to EA Servers
On the early access I am constantly unable to connect to EA Servers. The same exact thing used to happen with the most recent NHL game and the only way to fix it was to switch from wired to wireless and for whatever reason that worked, but I am not doing that again.
I am on XBOX One with a Comcast Router Cisco XB3 DCP3941T with a WIRED connection. Every settings test runs perfectly, NAT is open, multiplayer connection is good, etc. Every other game works fine. I've tried port stuff, restarting, rebooting console and router, restarting the game, redownloading my gamer tag, redownloading the game, etc etc all to no avail. NHL 16 was the EXACT same problem, though Madden worked fine.
Again, if I switch from wired to wireless it will work, but I am not going to pull my XBOX out of the furniture and unplug the Ethernet cable every time I want to play. There has to be a solution.
Your XB1 may be using a different connection from the wired one when connected wirelessly.
If you are on a restricted network (University, corporate, military etc.) you may need to contact your network administrator in order to connect via your wired connection.
