Unable to find opponent XBOX

Since around 2 weeks can't find ppl in any online game modes.

Get one match sometimes after waiting for ages and then no luck. My friends dont have this problem, and I know other ppl have been playing cause u look at the leaderboard and they have around 100 total matches while I have to wait for ages for 1 match a day 🤷‍♂️ My internet is 20mb stable up/down, I get bad ping because of the distance from many ppl who play this game since I'm in Pakistan but it has never been like this. Been playing since pre-ordering it and been playing UFC all the way back since ufc 1. This is the only game I have a console for atm, everything else is on pc.

Didn't pre order, play for hours, reach top 100 rankings to end up with this. This game has 0 value to me if I can't play online and would like my money back.

Ps. Nat is open, ports are open, ip is static, no other game has this problem.

  • Hey, @Paapa888!

I'm sure if you've already tried this, but have you tried power cycling the console and router/modem to see if a simple restart fixes this? I've seen matchmaking get hung up before but that easy trick fixes it.

Reboot the power to the modem/router

    1. Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.

How to power cycle your Xbox console:

    1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console’s power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

    1. Plug the console power cable back in.
    2. Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

    Clear Mac Address

    1. Clear the MAC Address: From the Xbox dashboard select Settings>All Settings>Network>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC address>Clear, then restart your Xbox.
