Verification code not received

Hi I am trying to log into o ea fc 24 and it's asking me to verify my identity which it hasn't for a ages and it's the correct email and am not receiving any code

Did you check any spam/junk folders? If you use gmail, check the Promotions tab. If you use Outlook/Hotmail, check the Focused tab. If you still can't find the code, open a case with an advisor so they can look into this for you. Instructions for that can be found here.

Try following these steps:

Go to https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/

Type EA Account into the search field

Select the EA Account tile

Click on See more topics

Click on 'I need to update my EA account information'

Click on the option for chat
